Push Challenge


What ever wont kill you, will make you DROP IT! This challenge wasgiven to me on Facebook. I couldnt turn the oppurtunity to get some nice tone arms in 3 month, right on time for my marathon.
It also keep my legs from realizing that they hurt from my runs, because my arms feel STRANGE "but I like it!" So I will continue and let you know how it goes.
Let's continue to DROP IT!

Shake 'TIL YOU FEEL BETTER!

THE MOST HARMFUL THING you can do is BE STILL!




THE MOST HARMFUL THING, you can do to yourself is BE STILL!

If you you feel yourself being stiff, 
that's a clue to stretch.

If you feel lazy, tired and non-motivated
that's a clue to eat better.
If you don't feel like talking to someone cause there energy level is so high it makes you tired, 
that's a clue to take a multivitamin daily and exercise.

If your chest is tightening, 
head hurting and blood pressure is up
that's a clue: DROP THAT pressure! 
You have been to STILL!

Get up and "SHAKE 'TIL YOU FEEL" better! 
James Brown wasn't shouting that for nothing, 
he was wanting you to keep it moving!

DROP something today: 
DROP some minutes on the treadmill
DROP more nutrients to the body, 
DROP in some time running around with the kids!

This and something better is about to happen!
