I scheduled four showcases today. I am determined to have 12 showcases for this month. I will make it happen and I am enjoying myself doing it. I learning so much as I go. The connections are awesome. Along the way I'm helping people grow as as well. I do realized that the mindset is a heavy part of one wanting to change in personal growth. So if you are not doing anything different to make change happen, you shouldn't expect to just happen. For me I get a lot of gratification in mentoring others to be leaders in their trade. It feels knowing your team is growing.
I wouldn't ever say this is easy, but the fun mascaraed the hard part.
I met some wonderful people today and I look forward to my tomorrow!
